From a Dhaka user's review — their experience during the first seven days.
Created an account in 5 minutes using my bKash number. Deposited ৳500 and instantly got a 100% bonus — bringing it to ৳1,000. Installed the app too — the interface is clean and easy to navigate.
I placed a ৳200 bet on MI to win an IPL match. They came through, and with odds of 1.95 I got back ৳390. There's nothing quite like that feeling of a first win.
It was my first time playing Live Casino. Seeing the dealer speak Bangla was a pleasant surprise. I started with small bets and gradually got the hang of it.
I withdrew ৳800 and it arrived in my bKash within 4.5 hours. No issues at all. I also became Silver VIP this same week.

It's natural to feel excited after reading positive reviews about bjvip — but keep in mind that every person's experience is different. Bet within your means, set a budget, and treat gaming as entertainment. If you ever need help, Responsible Gaming You can find help on this page. bjvip is strictly for users aged 18 and above.
Before using any online platform, it's natural to want to know what other people's experiences have been like — and bjvip is no different. All the reviews on this page are collected from registered, verified users — no fabricated opinions. The overall rating is 4.6 / 5.0, which stands out as notably strong among online gaming platforms in Bangladesh.
Out of 8,500+ reviews, 78% gave five stars — that's no small number. bjvip scored the highest ratings especially in the payment and security categories. The biggest pain point for Bangladeshi users had always been the hassle of depositing and withdrawing money — bjvip solved that by integrating bKash and Nagad. That's exactly why those two areas rank the highest.
User opinions on bjvip's customer service are mixed, but lean positive overall. During the day, live chat responses come through in just a few minutes — in Bangla. Several users have noted that response times slow down after 11 PM. That said, complaints about service quality are rare. VIP members consistently report a better experience thanks to dedicated support.
Most users report receiving detailed responses to email support inquiries within 12–24 hours. Complex issues — such as account verification or large withdrawal requests — tend to be resolved more effectively over email, according to user feedback.
User feedback on bjvip's welcome bonus is generally positive, though some people were initially confused about the wagering requirements. You need to wager the bonus 15x at odds of 1.50 or higher — this is clearly stated in the terms and conditions, so it's worth reading through before you claim.
Nearly all reviews of the weekly cashback are positive. It's credited automatically every Monday morning — no claim required. For regular bettors in particular, it makes a real, tangible difference.
The majority of reviews for the bjvip mobile app are positive. Android users install it via APK, while iOS users add it to their home screen through Safari. The app runs smoothly on most mid-range phones. One common complaint is occasional buffering during live streams on a weak mobile connection — though this is likely a network issue rather than a platform one.
The bjvip app receives regular updates that bring new features and bug fixes. Keeping update notifications on ensures you always have the latest version.
Is bjvip the best online gaming platform in Bangladesh? The numbers suggest yes. 93% of users say they would recommend bjvip to a friend — and that figure speaks for itself. When it comes to payment options, game variety, Bangla-language support, and the VIP program, bjvip holds a clear edge over the competition.
There's room for improvement in a few areas — late-night support could be faster, and the iOS app could be more accessible. But overall, bjvip is a platform in Bangladesh where you can deposit via bKash, withdraw your winnings quickly, and get help in Bangla whenever you need it. Put those three things together, and bjvip is a solid, trustworthy choice for Bangladeshi users.
